Enable permission in Chrome
To allow permissions in "Google Chrome" browser follow these steps:
  1. Click on the filter icon before video url
  2. Provide 'Location', 'Camera' and 'Microphone, permission for the site
  3. Reload or restart a new call in browser window to let the settings take effect
Enable permission in Safari
To allow permissions in "Safari Browser" Follow these steps:
  1. In the Safari app, use Websites settings to customise permission for each website. To change these setting, choose Safari > Settings.
  2. Click on each option (Camera, Microphone & Location) to give permission.

    Camera
    Select 'Camera' option from the left and then 'Allow' for the site
    Microphone
    Select 'Microphone' option from the left and then 'Allow' for the site
    Notifications
    Select 'Location' option from the left and then 'Allow' for the site
  3. Once permisson is given, refresh the browser window to let the settings take effect.
Enable permission in Chrome
If you are attempting Video KYC on Google Chrome from an Android device, kindly follow the instructions given below:
  1. Click on the small filter icon before the Video KYC URL
  1. Click on "Permissions" from the popup
  2. Provide all the permissions for video call - "Location", "Camera", "Microphone" and "sound"
  3. Try Video KYC again
Enable permission in Safari
If you are attempting Video KYC on Safari from an iOS device, kindly follow the instructions given below:
  1. Click on "AA" symbol next to the Video KYC URL
  2. Click on "Website Settings" from the popup
  1. Change the setting from "Ask" to "Allow" or "Deny" to allow for "Camera", "Microphone" & "Location"
  2. Try Video KYC again
